Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Charleston, SC)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Charleston serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
