Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bright Sable Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of account servicing and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
