Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Glen Foods Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
