Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom Partners is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
