Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Ridge Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boston area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
