Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Birmingham. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
