Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Bright Financial Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
