Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Meridian Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification.
