Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Anchorage, AK)

Bright North Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of meter reading and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
