Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Loom Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
