Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Glen Civic Services works with county and city offices around Albuquerque, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
