Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
