Financial Analyst - centre budgets and subsidies (Toledo, OH)

Cedar North Early Learning runs 25 childcare centres around Toledo, with about 500 employees. Most of our funding comes from tuition and state subsidies, and both are hard to forecast. We are hiring a full-time financial analyst who can work remotely. What you will do • Build budgets and monthly forecasts for each centre. • Track subsidy payments and enrolment, and flag shortfalls early. • Prepare reports for our board and state funders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in financial analysis; nonprofit or childcare experience is helpful. • Strong Excel skills and clear writing. Full-time, remote-friendly, with monthly meetings in Toledo.
