Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Redstone Kestrel Markets Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
