Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
