Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Wichita, KS)

Bright Maple Markets Group is a Wichita retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
