Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Nest Markets is a Virginia Beach retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
