Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova North Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication.
