Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright Amber Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification.
