Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Cedar Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Virginia Beach across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 841 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • A relevant degree or certification.
