Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Haven Insurance Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
