Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 388 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
