Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

Nova West Banking Services Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A relevant degree or certification.
