Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Vista Early Learning runs childcare centres in St. Louis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
