Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Amber Insurance Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
