Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
