Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Hollow Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Seattle region, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter readings.
