Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Learning Group Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
