Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Juniper Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of cold storage and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
