Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Ivory Legal Group is a San Jose practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
