Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bright Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
