Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Mill Telecom and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
