Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Wren Foods Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
