Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Yarrow Foods Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
