Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in San Antonio with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts.
