Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (San Antonio, TX)

Rivermark Pike Insurance is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • A relevant degree or certification.
