Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Ashton Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
