Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Junction Markets is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 840 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • A relevant degree or certification.
