Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meadow Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
