Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Reno, NV)

Nova Loom Early Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification.
