Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Reno, NV)

Cedar Ridge Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Reno plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Reno. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
