Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Reno, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Reno. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
