Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Reno. What you will do • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports.
