Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Boise area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
