Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Willow Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
