Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Ashton Foods is a San Antonio food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
