Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
