Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Clearpath Technologies runs classrooms and tutoring across the Baltimore area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
