Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Rivermark Kestrel Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
