Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Summit Mill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
